How to experience our inner peace and joy through Sanjeevini Seva

Sanjeevini Healing Seva is a very simple and yet very profound selfless service which has an enormous potential to deepen our connection with the ever present, self-luminous “spring of joy” and the “haven of peace” within each one of us.

There are several ways of enriching your inner experience through the Sanjeevini Seva. 

We share below one such way that may be of help as a guideline.

Always start the healing work with a deep prayerful feeling and an attitude of complete surrender to the divine - Thy will be done.

Whilst preparing a Sanjeevini remedy or broadcasting a remedy (distance healing) to an individual or a family or a community or a nation or the whole world:

Feel complete Oneness at the level of the Atman or the Soul or Pure Non-dual Consciousness, with the individual or the group of people receiving the Sanjeevini healing prayers vibrations.

This feeling of Oneness can be achieved by beginning our healing work with chanting any sacred mantra or repeating an affirmation for a minute or more, or any other way to quieten the mind for bringing your awareness fully into the depths of silence and stillness within, the realm of Pure Infinite Non dual Consciousness - the absolute Reality of every being.

Pray from the depths of our hearts to the Omnipotent, Omniscient, Omnipresent Supreme Being for the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being of the individual or the group of people for whom healing prayers are being offered in a spirit of loving surrender. Pray that they may transcend all suffering and discover and experience their inner treasure of divine peace, love and bliss.

Keep our awareness internalised and become aware of the inner peace and serenity that awakens naturally within us when our Consciousness expands to love all and serve all.
