In this Sai Sanjeevini Healing Update we share with joyful gratitude a simple yet very effective way of becoming free from the poison of deep-rooted negative thoughts, habits, tendencies or samskaras in our minds - the root cause of all our suffering.
Imagine a person whose mind is completely free of jealousy, hatred, anger, greed, resentment, irritation, grumbling, regrets, sadness, contempt, revenge, violence, fear, anxiety, egoic pride.
How very blessed that person would be! She or he will have continuous access to the infinite treasure within – the treasure of self-effulgent divine peace, equanimity, bliss, compassion, selfless love, selfless service, courage, confidence, fearlessness, spiritual wisdom of her/his true immortal reality as the Atman, Spirit or Pure Infinite Consciousness.
All spiritual practices in all spiritual traditions of the world are meant for purification of the mind from all negative emotions (chit shuddhi) so that the ultimate goal of life - God realization, Self-realization, Nirvana, Moksha - can be attained.
What is the main cause of negativity in our minds:
There are some relationships in our lives, old or current, which can be a cause of deep resentment, anger, jealousy, contempt, and several other negative emotions in our minds. We usually brush aside these negative emotions by cutting our interactions with such people completely or by maintaining our connections at a very superficial level. However, in our subconscious mind these emotions can be so deeply ingrained that they prevent us from living our life in peace and harmony They become a major hurdle in realising our full potential in the material world and in our spiritual quest.
How to cleanse our mind from such self-destructive emotions?
There are many spiritual practices that can be used for achieving self-purification.
Sai Sanjeevini healing offers a very simple practice of Broadcasting the Sai Sanjeevini Tonic remedy that can help us dissolve all the negativity that we hold towards people who have crossed our path at any point in our life. The negativity could be on account of mild to severe abuse as a child or teen ager. It could be due to complete neglect or injustice (genuine or perceived) whilst growing up. Please go through the list of 20 Sai Sanjeevini Healing Prayers (on the right panel of the Combination Sheet) that are included in the Sai Sanjeevini Tonic Remedy so that you have good clarity on the real wealth of blessings you are seeking through the Sanjeevini Prayers for the physical. mental, emotional and spiritual well being of every one.
Step 2
Prepare a Master Sample of the Sai Sanjeevini Tonic remedy in Vibhuti or plain Homeo globules or any other medium available to you.
Place a small plastic or glass bottle with a small quantity of Vibhuti (holy ash) or plain Homeo globules or any other medium of your choice, on the central Output of the Sai Sanjeevini Tonic Combination Sheet, for a minute or more. During this time you can be in silence, chant a mantra and pray from the depths of your heart that the Sai Sanjeevini Tonic remedy being prepared may bring about divine holistic healing of people who receive the remedy through a Distance healing broadcast or directly in a medium.
The medium in the bottle is now charged with all the subtle healing vibrations encapsulated in the 20 Sai Sanjeevini healing prayer Cards on the Sheet, and the healing vibrations of your heart-felt prayers.

Step 3
Preparing a large quantity of Sai Sanjeevii Tonic Remedy in a medium of your choice.
Download a set of Multiplication and Broadcasting Cards by clicking HERE or on the link below. Take a printout, preferably laminate the page for durability, and cut-out 6 M & B Cards for your personal use and for sharing. Printouts in black & white are equally effective.
The M&B Card has two important uses. One is Multiplying or Duplicating an already prepared Sanjeevini Remedy directly from the Sanjeevini Cards. The second function is distance healing by Broadcasting of Remedies. For more details of these two important uses, please click HERE)
Place the Master Sample of Sai Sanjeevini Tonic Remedy prepared in Step 2, on the Sample circle of the M & B Card.
Place a container with good amount of Vibhuti or Homeo globules on the Output circle of the card on the right side, for a minute or more. During this time you can chant your favourite Mantra or just be in deep silence and fervently pray to the Lord that the fresh Vibhuti (or globules) being charged with the healing vibrations of Sai Sanjeevini Tonic may bring about divine holistic healing of every one who receives the SS Tonic remedy directly in a medium or through a distance healing broadcast.

Setting Up Multiple Healing Broadcasts:
Assume that a person by the name of Linda wishes to set up Sai Sanjeevini Healing Broadcasts for her entire family for cleansing any negativity she may be harbouring towards any one in the extended family .
Linda has a strong yearning for purifying her mind from all negative emotions. She is aware that most of the negativity people accumulate is due to their unconscious negative behaviour and attitude patterns with members of the family.
Linda’s husbands name is William and they have two children Olivia & Lily
The rest of the family names are listed below:
Parents - Richard and Catherine
A brother Peter, his wife Seema, and Children John and Sophia
Another brother Mark, his wife Emily and their children Jacob and Noah
To start with Linda wants to set up four Distance healing Broadcasts:
One for her parents,
One for her brother Peter and his family,
Another for her brother Mark and his family and
One for herself and her family.
Later, she will also set up healing broadcasts for her friends, neighbours and people at work with some of whom she had bitter relationships.
Here is the process for setting up these Broadcasts.

She places the bottle on the circle marked Sample on one of the M & B Cards on a Multiplication and Broadcasting Cards Station.
Here is the process for setting up these Broadcasts.

A Multiplication & Broadcasting Card Station has six condensed M & B Cards which can be used for setting up six healing Broadcasts using a very small space.)
Linda writes the name of her parents on a small piece of paper, folds the paper and places it on the Output cicrle on the right side of the M& B Card.
She now closes her eyes and mentally feels oneness with her parents at the spiritual level in the light of God. From the depths of her heart she prays for a minute or more for the physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual well being of her mother and father.
She has a soul to soul connection of Oneness with both of them in which there is only unconditional love and prayers for the highest peace, harmony and joy for both of them. Any negative feelings or emotions that she may have been holding towards her parents fade away and disappear into God’s light of pure unconditional love that she is beginning to consciously experience within her.
The Sai Sanjeevini Healing Broadcast with the SS Tonic remedy is now on for Linda’s parents.
Her parents are now continuously receiving the subtle healing vibrations of all the 20 prayers in the Sai Sanjeevini Tonic Remedy and also the healing vibrations of her own heartfelt prayers offered in loving surrender.
With a much lighter heart and mind, Linda now proceeds to set up three more Sai Sanjeevini Distance Healing Broadcasts for her brother Peter and his entire family, her second brother Mark and his family and for herself, her husband William and her two children.
She follows the same process as she did for setting up the healing broadcast for her Parents.
She feels more and more peace and harmony and serenity from within

Refreshing the healing Broadcasts:
The process of setting up the Broadcasts for her entire extended family was physically, mentally and spiritually rejuvenating and liberating for Linda.
She now wishes to feel this deep peace and joy everyday.
Once a day, Linda refreshes the four healing Broadcasts she has set up.
She opens the slip of paper which has the name of her parents and feels her oneness with them at the level of Supreme Consciousness or Atman, and once again from the depths of her heart prays for their physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual well-being.
Next she opens the slip on the second Broadcast. She visualises her brother Peter, his wife Seema and their children John and Sophia. She feels oneness with all of them at the level of the Soul or Atman and fervently prays for their holistic well being
Similarly she refreshes the healing Broadcast for her brother Mark and his family.
And likewise refreshes the healing Broadcast for herself, her husband William and the two children.
Answers to commonly asked questions:
Q Should Linda take permission from her family members before setting up the Broadcasts?
Ans In Sai Sanjeevini healing, no permission is required for setting up healing Broadcasts. Sanjeevinis are healing prayers offered for the well being of people, in loving surrender in the spirit of “Thy will be done!”
We never seek permission from everyone in the world before praying for peace and harmony in the world.
In fact the healing Broadcasts will be much more effective for the family and for Linda's own spiritual evolution, if they are done very quietly without anyone coming to know about it.
Q. How long does it take for Linda to refresh the Broadcasts every day?
Q. How long does it take for Linda to refresh the Broadcasts every day?
Ans: It will take about five minutes everyday. On some days she may take longer because she wishes to relish the deep peace and bliss that she experiences with the practice of refreshing the Broadcast, for a longer time.
Q. For how long should Linda keep the Broadcasts going?
Ans. The Broadcast can go on indefinitely because she wants all the members of the family to be in holistic wellness for ever.
Q Is it necessary for Linda to refresh the Broadcasts every day?
Ans. It is highly recommended that for the first two weeks, the broadcast should be refreshed every day with a feeling of earnestness, joy and gratitude. After that Linda may want to refresh the Broadcasts once in every two days or twice a week or once a week or even less frequently depending on her inner guidance.
Q. What changes will Linda experience in her life with the practice of sending distance healing with Sanjeevini Broadcasts?
Ans. She will feel an immense sense of peace and harmony in her mind. The doorway to the ocean of divine peace, harmony, contentment and bliss within her, will begin to open. She will begin to experience the truth that the “haven of peace and the spring of joy” is within her.
She will also realize that this infinite permanent peace and joy was always there in her and will always be there. Only she was ignorant about its presence and therefore seeking it restlessly, feverishly and unwisely in the world of objects and relationships around her.
Linda will begin to see an improvement in other people's outlook on life and their attitude towards her. With some people the change of attitude from harshness & belligerence to kindness & sweetness will truly seem like a miracle. She will be able to see the beginning of the process of self-transformation in others too just as she can observe the positive changes in herself.

Her physical interactions with people in the family or people outside the family may become much less but her love and prayers for everyone’s well-being will only keep increasing.
Slowly with a deeper experience she will realize that her inner peace is eternal, self-effulgent, self-dependent. She will discharge her duties as a householder - as daughter, wife, mother with much more dedication and joy and without any complaints or grumbling.
At school, people will be amazed at her calmness and serenity and her positive cheerful attitude in managing every activity.
When she is driving past a Hospital, a spontaneous prayer will come from her heart for the well being of all the patients in the hospital.
If others insult her or hurt her in any way, and her mind shows even a slight trace of anger or resentment, she will immediately send more unconditional love and peace to them though her silent prayers by refreshing her broadcasts more frequently.
She will with practice become completely free of the peace and happiness destroying monsters in her mind – jealousy, anger and resentment.
Slowly a time will come when her heart will send out a silent holistic healing prayer for everyone she meets or sees or hears of. Walking on the road, sitting in a bus or train or plane, her immediate response would be to seek God’s grace and blessings for everyone.
