When we prepare or broadcast Sanjeevini healing remedies, our prayers should include the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being of the recipients. While it's common to focus on physical and mental health, including spiritual well-being is essential for good reasons.
Importance of including prayers for spiritual wellbeing.
A person's spiritual well-being is foundational. It influences their physical and mental state. When we pray for someone's spiritual health, we're invoking blessings for their inner peace, surrender, serenity through a profound connection to the divinity within them. This sacred inner connection fosters healing from within, providing valuable guidance, strength and resilience throughout the journey of recovery and rejuvenation.
The human personality is often understood through three distinct dimensions:
- The Gross Physical Body: This is our tangible, visible form.
- The Subtle Body: This encompasses our inner faculties, including the mind, intellect, memory, and ego.
- The Spiritual Dimension of Consciousness or Awareness: This divine dimension is often referred to as the Self, Soul, Atman, Divinity, God, Brahman, Sat Chit Ananda ( Infinite Existence, Infinite Consciousness, Infinite Bliss)
The first two dimensions—the physical and subtle bodies—are readily apparent to us. In fact, our identification with them is so strong that we instinctively believe we are primarily our body, animated by our mind, which collectively forms our personality.
When asked "Who are you?", our immediate and spontaneous response often involves pointing to our physical body. We might elaborate by describing ourselves as a body endowed with a personality, defined by our mind, intellect, ego, talents, successes, failures, belief systems, habits and more.
Spiritual wisdom ( Atma Jnana) gently, clearly, patiently reminds us that our deepest reality, our true essence, is the dimension of Pure Consciousness, Pure awareness, Atman, Soul. It is because of Consciousness that all life experiences become possible. Without the animating presence of Consciousness within the body, senses, and mind, the intricate drama of life, with its unique name and form, would instantly cease.
Consciousness is an eternal, infinite, and non-dual dimension of being. It is often described as the limitless ocean of silence, stillness, peace, and serenity that resides within each one us. This inherent awareness or consciousness is self-luminous; it has no beginning or end. It is immortal, It is our true, unchanging radiant essence.
The Mandukya Upanishad describes Consciousness (Atma or the Self) as:
शान्तं शिवमाद्वैतं चतुर्थं मन्यन्ते स आत्मा स विज्ञेयः || 7 ||
Shantam Shivam Advaitam Chaturtham Manyante sa Atma sa vij~neyah || 7 || - Mandukya Upanishad
The Self or Atma or Pure Consciousness is Supreme Peace, Supreme Auspiciousness (bliss) It is considered as the Fourth State (or Turyam - the eternal witness of the three states of waking, dreaming and deep sleep).This is the Atman. This is to be understood and realized by a spiritual seeker.
The spiritual seeker’s journey is one of awakening to the eternal Self: "Aham Brahmasmi"—"I am Pure Consciousness." "I am Atma." To live from this awakened state is to dwell in the very core of our being, beyond the vagaries of the mind. Established in this truth, we transcend suffering. We discover the deep, enduring peace of the Self within, which allows us to face the greatest of trials of life with equanimity and serenity.
The more fully we abide in our immortal nature, the more intimately we feel our Oneness with the core of all beings. From this sacred space of unity, our healing prayers radiate with greater clarity and power, silently touching others in the realm of pure Consciousness, of pure selfless unconditional love.
It is important to remember that Wellness is not just the absence of physical and mental illness. It is a state of Wholeness where there is balance and harmony between all the interconnected facets of life - the physical, mental, emotional and most importantly the Spiritual.
By addressing the whole person, our prayers become more comprehensive, holistic, and supportive of true healing.

We hope and pray that all of you are in good holistic health and radiating your self-effulgent inner peace, harmony and serenity to everyone around you.
The world is going through several painful challenges. There are deadly prolonged conflicts/wars going on in different parts of the world, causing death, destruction and unimaginable suffering.
On the Public health front, from 2020 to 2022, we were hit by one of the deadliest pandemics with Corona Virus Infection. Since 2022, sub-variants of the Corona Virus have appeared for short time-periods.
Yet another sub-variant of the Corona Virus has recently emerged.
"No need to Panic. Just be alert" is the advice being given to the general public by Doctors and Health Authorities where the new sub-variant of Corona Virus has been detected with Flu-like symptoms - fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose, fatigue..
Precautions for prevention usually suggested by Doctors : Take adequate rest, hydrate yourself, have a light nourishingdiet. In case of flu-like symptoms, self-isolate and take medication as advised by Doctor. Senior citizens and people with co-morbidities (multiple chronic conditions like Hypertension, Diabetes, Obesity) should avoid crowded spaces, or wear a mask.
A few suggestions for strengthening our Immune System

for Protection from all Viral and Bacterial Infections
God has gifted every being with an immune system to protect the internal body systems and organs from many dangerous viruses and bacteria that frequently manage to enter the body in spite of all the external hygiene and social distancing precautions.
A strong immune system can detect and destroy the harmful bacteria and viruses. Your medical doctor is your best guide for understanding how to strengthen the immune system. Please do seek advice from your Allopathic, Ayurvedic or Homeopathic doctor for this very important aspect for staying protected.
Strengthening our immunity the natural and spiritual way:
Given below are a few suggestions (2.1 to 2.9) to strengthen our immune system, based on a natural and spiritual perspective. If these appeal to your common sense, please try and incorporate these in your daily life for a few days to feel the difference in your sense of well being at the level of body, mind and soul.
Please remember that what is being shared here is not exhaustive or comprehensive. Just a few helpful practices are being suggested. There are many more that can also be used. Every culture, every religious and spiritual tradition in different parts of the world have a lot to offer for boosting immunity through Natural and Spiritual practices.
2.1 Consciously try to be positive, cheerful, compassionate and selflessly helpful to others under all circumstances and at all times.
A positive, compassionate and cheerful state of mind that is free from fear, anxiety, worries and stress, nourishes andstrengthens our immune system continuously. Fear, anxiety, stress have to be consciously denied permission to dwell in our minds because these negative emotions weaken our immune system and make us more vulnerable to catching infections.
We must respond to all challenges of life with alertness, taking all the necessary precautions including the precaution of not getting overwhelmed with fear and anxiety.
Selfless service or engaging in simple acts of kindness for those in need, without any desire to seek anything in return, gives us a deep sense of satisfaction. This is another powerful catalyst for invigorating the immune system. Whenever we are serving others selflessly, we are easily able to transcend our own fears and anxiety.
Daily heartfelt prayers for the holistic well being of your family, friends, relatives, neighbours, community, nation and the world at large, will bring many blessings upon you from all directions and protect you from harm.
2.2 Get adequate sound sleep of at least 6 to 7 hours every day.
Sleep rejuvenates and energises the mind and every body-system including the immune system. It neutralises the negative effect of the physical and mental stress that we accumulate unconsciously during the day. The best time for getting a sound rejuvenating sleep is usually between 10 pm to 5 am. If you are used to sleeping very late at night, with a little bit of self-discipline for a few days, you can change your sleep timings and feel the difference in the quality of your sleep and restfulness.
Just as we are particular about eating food that is wholesome and nourishing for the body, we must be very discriminative about what and how much we feed into the mind through all our senses, particularly through our senses of sight and hearing.
If we eat garbage through the mouth, the body will react immediately with vomiting or some serious acute illness like food poisoning.
If we lose our sense of discrimination and feed our minds continuously with stuff from TV, Internet, Whatsapp, Social Media that promotes unwholesome desires, cravings, anger, hatred, greed, jealousy, anxiety, fear - it is bound to create restlessness and stress in the mind which can be a major cause of insomnia or inability to have a refreshing sound sleep. The immune system of course will become compromised as a result.
2.3 Be Conscious of what you eat and how much you eat:
Eat nourishing food that is easy to digest. Not food that the tongue craves but can be a burden on the digestive and eliminative systems.
Try to have a diet rich in fibre with more of vegetables and fruits rich in Vitamins and Minerals like Vitamin C, Vitamin D and minerals like Zinc which help in boosting the Immune System. Try and spend a few minutes every day in Sunlight which is a very good natural source of Vitamin D for our body.
Use Turmeric, Garlic and Ginger regularly in your cooking. These are plant- based healing spices which have natural antibacterial and antiviral properties and therefore good for strengthening the immune system.
Eat your food in moderation. Eat only 1/2 to 2/3 stomach full at every meal. Leave the remaining space for the "cooking" of food with digestive juices. You must never rise after a meal with a feeling of heaviness or of having overeaten. This is an ancient Yogic guideline for preserving and promoting health and keeping disease away.
How much is overeating? It would be different for different people and different for the same person at different points in time. Internalise your awareness to check from within on what you should eat, what you should not eat and how much to eat. The body is constantly giving us messages from within. We can easily listen to these messages if our awareness is tuned in with a calm mind during the time of eating.
2.4 Drink plenty of water during the day
Start the day with 1 or 2 glasses of warm water. It helps to clear your bowels with ease. Drink adequate water (preferably lukewarm) during the rest of the day frequently to keep the body well hydrated.
2.5 Internal Body Hygiene
Keep the colon clean. A colon with a stockpile of stinking garbage is a fertile ground for bacteria and viruses to survive, thrive and multiply. A clean healthy colon is perhaps the most important contributor to a strong immune system.
When the colon is clean, you will feel extremely light, healthy and energetic in the body and calm, clear, confident and serene in the mind.
Drink plenty of water during the day – preferably warm water. Avoid drinking cold water.
If required, go to the loo more than once in a day to ensure cleanliness of the Colon.
Having a clean Colon should become one of our top priorities for maintaining good health and for staying protected not only from bacterial and viral infections but also from several other diseases.
2.6 Practice Yoga daily for at least 30 minutes
Do simple Yoga Asanas (body postures) and Pranayamas (breath related practices) to rejuvenate and energise all the body systems including the digestive system, eliminative system, circulatory system, respiratory system, endocrine system, immune system… If some one is not in a position to do Yoga Asanas, the Pranayama practices (breath related) can be done for a little longer time of 15 minutes or more.
Yoga practices clear blockages in the flow of Pranic energy (also known as vital energy, life force, Chi, Ki) in the Pranamaya Kosha, the subtle energy body through which Prana flows in subtle channels called Nadis. With blockages removed, Prana or vital energy can easily nourish and rejuvenate every cell of the body including every cell of the immune system and every other body system.
Yoga practices make the mind calm and serene, free from anxiety, fear and stress and are immensely helpful for strengthening the immune system.
2.7 Practice meditation every day for at least 10 minutes, morning and evening.
Meditation is an integral part of Yoga. It is a powerful practice for making the mind still (free from all thoughts and disturbances) to allow us to experience in the depths of silence and stillness within, the self - effulgent supreme peace, tranquillity and bliss of our True nature, of who we truly are - Infinite Pure Existence, Infinite Pure Consciousness, Infinite Pure Bliss, Sat Chit Ananda.
There are of course many meditations available on the Internet from different spiritual, yogic and religious traditions.
How to know which is the right meditation for you?
Have a strong prayerful yearning for experiencing the precious treasure of the self-dependent, self-luminous inner peace, harmony and happiness in your meditation.
The Lord will certainly guide you to the meditation which is meant for you.
Very often we want to learn Meditation for stress management, for better health, for better performance in our corporate carrier, for good interpersonal relationship. Those are good valid reasons to start your meditation practice. But remember, these are all secondary benefits of meditation. The Highest goal of meditation is to experience our immortal divine nature as Divine Peace, Love and Bliss. All the other ancillary benefits mentioned above will automatically follow when we keep the highest goal of meditation in our mind.
2.8 Using the SSC 70 Sai Sanjeevini Healing Prayers Tonic remedy for physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual well-being, on a daily basis.

It’s very good time also for forgiving everyone unconditionally to become free from the poisons of resentment, jealousy and hatred in our minds. It’s the right time to clear our Karmic debts and entanglements by mentally seeking forgiveness from all people whom we may have hurt knowingly or unknowingly through our thoughts, feelings, words and actions. Forgiving and seeking forgiveness are very important spiritual practices for purification of the mind (chitta shudhi). A pure mind ensures our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well being.

I somehow came across your healing system. I am a very devoted Christian and believe that we all have a mission. I have an animal sanctuary but I help people as well.
I have a very powerful custodian Angel that takes me to discover
incredible things like your healing system.
I tried the healing system with a cat which I took from the street. He was a young cat but so sick that I had to take him with me. To make a long story short, some of the Vets had said that the cat was not going to live as he had Lymphatic Cancer.
